Delete Your Account
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Kassaba account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Contact your building manager (syndic) who manages your residence
- Request account deletion by providing your registered phone number or email
- Your syndic will process the deletion request through the management dashboard
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following personal data will be permanently removed:
- Your name and contact information (phone, email)
- Your login credentials and authentication data
- Your app preferences and settings
- Your notification history
Data That May Be Retained
For legal and accounting compliance, certain data may be retained:
- Historical payment records (anonymized) - required for building financial records
- Transaction history - required for accounting and tax purposes
Retained data is kept for the legally required period (typically 10 years for financial records in Morocco) and is not linked to your personal identity after deletion.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your account has been deleted.
